Registration and Tuition Information 2017-18.

  • After the registration form has been submitted, please pay the registration fee of $150 (new student) into Al-Huda Academy office. Please remember that your child’s seat for the grade will not be reserved until the registration fee is paid.
  • Please make payments in cash or checks (made payable to Al-Huda Academy).




·         Registration for the new school year will be accepted after all financial accounts from previous school year are cleared.

·         Delinquent payment record may result in suspension.

·         Al-Huda presently does not support online payments. Payments done by check are preferred.

·         Al-Huda will not be billing you.

·         Parents are expected to be responsible for all payments before 5th of the month.

·         Tuition is based on enrolled attendance, not on actual attendance. A minimum of one month’s fee is required even if your child attends the school for a portion of the month. There are no credits for vacation or illnesses.

·         Al-Huda reserves the right to remove students from class for failure to make timely payment of monthly fees.

  • All new parents please submit your child’s Birth Certificate, immunization records and physical records at the time of payment. If your child is enrolling for Kindergarten and up then we also need your child’s dental and vision exam, along with the previous school records. Uploading of files is an easy way to get the health forms submitted. It is available online. 
  • Any changes in the lunch, aftercare and before care need to be informed 5 working days prior to effective date.
  • Students who are not in after care program need to be picked by 3:30 pm.

  • School starts at 8:30 am, so doors will be open at 8:20 am for all student inclusive of Preschool and Pre-K .
  • Before Care starts at 7:00 a.m.
  • Preschool and Pre-kg half-day hours are from 8:30am till 12:00PM. (Monday-Thursday).  Students are requested to be picked up by 11.30 (half-day students), only on Friday during the winter Daylight saving time, to avoid Jumma traffic.
